JG Innovative Solutions LLC (“the Company”) operates exclusively as an independent consulting and referral entity. The Company does not provide, underwrite, manage, or control any payment processing, merchant acquiring, or financial services. Any introductions or recommendations made by the Company are for informational purposes only and are not to be construed as an offer, guarantee, or commitment of approval or performance by any third party.
All payment processing, merchant account, and related services are entered into directly between the client (“the Merchant”) and the designated payment processor, acquiring bank, or financial institution (“the Processor”). The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that JG Innovative Solutions LLC is not a party to any such agreement and bears no contractual or fiduciary responsibility for the actions, performance, or obligations of the Processor.
The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the approval likelihood, processing limits, rates, chargeback ratios, settlement times, service continuity, or overall performance of any Processor. All information, introductions, or referrals provided by the Company are delivered “as-is” and without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JG Innovative Solutions LLC, its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, business interruption, or data loss arising from or in connection with:
(a) the Merchant’s relationship or contractual engagement with any Processor;
(b) the denial, delay, modification, or termination of any processing account; or
(c) any disputes, claims, chargebacks, or liabilities arising out of such relationship.
By engaging with JG Innovative Solutions LLC, the Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the Company’s role is limited to providing recommendations and introductions based on the information provided by the Merchant. The Merchant assumes full responsibility for reviewing, understanding, and agreeing to the terms of any Processor before entering into any binding contract.
